Here are the top 15 business books is recommend digging into over the next few months. Each offering unique perspectives and practical advice to help your small businesses thrive.

With infectious enthusiasm and optimism, David Novak shows you how to master active learning. I really enjoyed this book. 

 

  1. “All In: How Great Leaders Build Unstoppable Teams” by Mike Michalowicz

 

ALL IN! by Mike Michalowicz is an excellent “must-read” book for all business owners who aspire to be more effective leaders. I admire that Mike shares his own mistakes and learning, which makes him so authentic, and he leads by example. I appreciate the extra resources, books, and other people’s stories he shares throughout as well as concrete strategies to empower the “team” as he prefers to say. This is another great read.

Read this book at least once.
