The BEST places to find Work From Home Jobs

Offering flexibility, a better work-life balance and the ability to avoid that dreaded peak-hour traffic commute, the demand for Work From Home (WFH) positions is at an all time high. Today, nearly half (46%) of all Australians are working from home to some degree! But where do you find these coveted opportunities? Today, we share the very BEST places to find WFH Jobs.

Job Websites

SEEK and Indeed are like the Google of job searches. They gather job listings from all over the internet, so you don’t have to break a sweat scrolling through endless pages. Just type in ‘Work From Home’ and you’ll see the most current list of WFH jobs. Better yet, you can set up an alert, so as soon as a job is posted, you’ll get notified in your email inbox.

Facebook Groups

Another great place to find WFH opportunities are Facebook Groups. I found one of my casual WFH gigs this way. Join business groups such as LMBDW or Women Helping Women Entrepreneurs, or look for your local mum groups, such as Hills District Mums (HDM). (Hint – just search for “Mums ” to find your local group.) Plus, some mum groups even have a website with a job advert section, like HDM!

Freelance Websites

For those who prefer a more autonomous and flexible approach, freelancing platforms like Freelancer and Fiverr offer a diverse range of WFH opportunities. Whether you’re a writer, graphic designer, programmer, or marketing specialist, these platforms connect freelancers with businesses and organisations seeking specific skills. Create a compelling profile and showcase your expertise, with dedication, you can build a successful remote career.
